Samar Nassar
Samar (Sah-Ma⟨r⟩) Nassar is a multi-talented artist, dancer, and songwriter hailing from the Bay Area with Peruvian and Lebanese roots.
Over the last two decades, she has graced numerous stages across the Bay Area, including renowned venues such as the Legion of Honor, The Oasis, and the de Young Museum. The New York Times praised one of her performances, stating, "What surely nobody could miss —- the transcendent element —- were the joy in performance and the intricate professional skill: they made this woman look liberated and entirely empowered."
