Neicsa began her acting career after years of advocating for victims of domestic violence, receiving a California Legislation Assembly Resolution. She has volunteered her time as an actor in films for social justice, awareness, and empowerment. Neicsa is a skilled seamstress and resides in the Bay Area where she is involved in Immersive Theater and crafting.
